Galactagogue Herbs

Galactagogue herbs are used to increase the production of breast milk. It is usually used to increase the production of milk in new mothers or those whose milk supply may not meet the child’s need.

Excessive intake of Galactagogue herbs may result in:

• Nausea
• Diarrhea
• Body odor
• Foul smelling urine
• Upset stomach
