  • 1 cup of water

Method

  1. Bring water to a rapid boil.
  2. Remove the pot of water from the heat. Pour the water into a teapot and then place the leaves in the water. Place a lid on the pot and let the tea steep in the water for five minutes. You can decrease or increase the steeping time for a weaker or stronger tea.
  3. Add honey or lemon juice for additional flavor and benefits.
  4. Enjoy!
