HOW TO BREW A PERFECT CUP OF LAVENDER TEA

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tablespoon of dried herb
  • 2 cups of water

Method

  1. Bring water to a rapid boil.
  2. Remove the pot of water from the heat. Pour the water into a teapot and then place or stir the lavender in the water. Place a lid on the pot and let the tea steep in the water for five minutes. You can decrease or increase the steeping time for a weaker or stronger tea.
  3. Strain and enjoy!
